Apology Regarding the issue on KOOV app and Announcement of Recovery
From January 26th (JST) to February 24th (JST), the following issue on the KOOV app has occurred.
Numbers/port numbers disappear from programming blocks in the KOOV app programming screen
As of February 24th (JST) the issue has been resolved and the service is now available as usual.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers.
We will do our best to prevent this kind of issue from happening again and provide better service.
